Providing Ultimate Life-sustaining Strategies through Education (P.U.L.S.E.) is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), community based organization founded in February 2007. We offer a blend of services which include: HIV/AIDS education, referrals, counseling, community education/outreach and volunteer training.

PULSE's mission is:

To support and assist individuals in maintaining a high quality of life through assistance, advocacy, and education.

To promote safer practices through education and prevention activities in the local and regional communities.

To dispel the myths and stereotypes as well as educate on sexual health and awareness.

To network with organizations in the communities we serve.
